1. About Glyph

Glyph Collective is a Singapore-based art and lifestyle brand. Our pieces are created from original artworks by artist Ana Ifanger and translated into wearable and lifestyle objects.

2. Products

We make every effort to present our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of silk.

As each scarf is finished by hand, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the individual character of the piece.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock discrepancies or other exceptional circumstances. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates and available destinations are displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, scarf designs, patterns, photographs, graphics, text, branding and other creative content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Glyph Collective and/or Ana Ifanger and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Glyph product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the artwork or design.

No artwork, pattern, design, image or other creative content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially used or incorporated into another product without prior written permission.

7. Personal Use

Products purchased through our website are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with Glyph Collective.

For wholesale, retail partnerships, collaborations or other commercial enquiries, please contact us directly.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.
